About the Event
For over a century, we've been asking the questions: What is leadership? What is management? When should one be used over another? Do we manage processes and lead people? And what about 2020 and beyond? How do we lead and manage in a new virtual environment? How do we effectively establish real connection and measure productivity?
In this leadership bootcamp, you will:
- Learn what is leadership, what is management, and how to distinguish when to use either approach.
- Understand classical and contemporary thinking on leadership vs. management.
- Understand challenges and tools for leading and managing virtual teams to increase productivity and connection.
You will leave with a clearer perspective of your management, leadership, and an action plan of how to cultivate both into influence.Â
