Just stopped in at a local sushi burrito restaurant and asked friend and proprietor how business has been amidst Covid. His response was (to my pleasant surprise): "UP."
I asked why, as I have several restaurant clients that could use a little love right now.
Here were his top five pivots:
1. Promoted Curb Side Service 2. Partnered with Square for Greater Reach 3. Simplified the Menu 4. Promoted Online Ordering 5. Set the Right Expectations (my personal fav!)
I love all of these changes (not earth shattering, but clearly effective) and the most resonating piece of Nadeem's organizational leadership behavior is that he responded with resilient, logical, and simple tactics to undergird a strategy of maximizing the customer experience in a new context.
How about you?
